Learn, Unlearn, Relearn

I have always practiced and preached the above all throughout.

While introspecting the recent chain of incidents at work, I got hooked to a realization that it is not only whether you to continue to learn, but also how fast you learn, unlearn and relearn. And, that all starts with your willingness to change/adapt.

At the pace we have embraced the technology in our way of living, the pace of change has also increased. So it is no longer the survival of the fittest but the one who adapts to the change(s) the fastest is the winner now!

In order to achieve the mindset to adapt to changes fast, the trick is to slow down :-)… it means the need is to stay more focused.

Do you agree with my thoughts?

I am fortunate that we, at Sage BPM, have intrinsic quality to adapt. One of the reasons is we have had a great opportunities to work for several unique clients (based out of U.S and U.K) from different industries. We have been serving several clients with bouquet of services such as Data Mining, Prospects list building, Data Labeling, Live Chat, Rules-based transaction processing, Secondary Research and Email Customer Support and Accounting/Bookkeeping.

With years of experience, we feel now programmed (yes, this is the right word :-)) to learn/adapt fast so the positive turnaround shows up to the client!
